Proper attribution must credit BluePatterns AI Labs and link back to the canonical publication URL.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Deploy distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or automated scrapers that degrade platform availability for other users.
• Attempt to extract or exploit underlying system prompts or API secrets via adversarial attacks.
• Misrepresent BluePatterns AI benchmarks, certifications, or safety evaluations in commercial marketing claims.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Research publications, evaluations, and model metrics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While our team exercises rigorous scientific care to verify datasets and calculations, artificial intelligence research evolves rapidly, and readers are advised to consult primary citations for mission-critical deployments.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
