BluePatterns AI Labs ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting user privacy and preserving data sovereignty. As an open-access research and editorial publishing platform, our static architecture is designed from first principles to minimize data collection. We do not track users across the web or monetize personal data through advertising brokers.

2. Information Collection

Because this platform is delivered as static pre-compiled assets, we collect minimal operational telemetry:

• Server Access Logs: Standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) retained temporarily for security auditing, DDoS mitigation, and CDN routing.
• Voluntary Communications: Contact information (email address, full name, professional affiliation) submitted directly to our research or press email desks.

3. Data Usage & Processing

Any correspondence sent to BluePatterns AI is used exclusively to respond to inquiries, facilitate academic collaborations, or investigate security disclosures. We do not feed user correspondence into third-party foundation model training corpora without explicit, written consent.

4. Data Sovereignty & Third Parties

Our infrastructure prioritizes Indian data sovereignty and strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA). We partner only with vetted enterprise cloud providers adhering to end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption and rigorous SOC-2 Type II standards.

5. Your Rights

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of any personal correspondence retained in our systems by contacting privacy@bluepatterns.ai.
